MicroMoney is exclusively owned and operated in India by Varrenyam Infotech Private Limited since August 2023. The official “MicroMoney” mobile application and related digital platforms are managed solely by Varrenyam Infotech Private Limited under the guidance of its Co-Founder, Mr. Mohit Bansal.

Varrenyam Infotech Private Limited has become aware of certain unauthorized, fake, cloned, duplicate, or misleading websites, mobile applications, portals, and digital platforms falsely claiming association with “MicroMoney.” Such platforms are fraudulent and have no affiliation whatsoever with the Company.

The Company expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for transactions, representations, communications, or losses arising from engagement with any unauthorized or fraudulent platform misusing the MicroMoney name, brand, logo, or identity.

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, trade name, branding, content, and technology relating to “MicroMoney,” are the exclusive property of Varrenyam Infotech Private Limited. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, imitation, passing off, impersonation, or infringement shall attract appropriate civil and/or criminal proceedings under applicable laws.
