Micromoney operates the Platform to facilitate connections between consumers, financial institutions, data partners, and other partners for lending, borrowing, and other financial activities. The term "Users" encompasses consumers, financial institutions, regulated entities, data partners, and other partners. Your use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 20 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract in India. By registering on the Platform, you affirm that you meet these criteria. Micromoney reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these eligibility requirements

3. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Micromoney reserves the right to modify these terms at its discretion, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

4. Your Account

7. Monitoring of the Platform and Your Account

Micromoney reserves the right to monitor the content on the Platform and your use of the Platform to ensure compliance with these Terms & Conditions. Micromoney may remove any content that it deems inappropriate or in violation of these terms and may share information with authorities if required.

8. Service Suspension

Micromoney reserves the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without prior notice. Micromoney will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from such suspension or discontinuation.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful, abusive, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Uploading or distributing harmful content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing or abusing other users

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

Micromoney is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Micromoney and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

12. Advertisers/Third-Party Links

Micromoney is not responsible for the content or accuracy of advertisements or third-party websites linked on the Platform. Your interactions with advertisers or third-party websites are solely between you and the third party.

13. User Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions

Any comments, feedback, suggestions, or other submissions you provide to Micromoney may be used by Micromoney without compensation to you. You represent that your submissions do not violate any third-party rights and do not contain unlawful, abusive, or defamatory material.

14. Acknowledgments

You acknowledge that Micromoney acts solely as a facilitator connecting users with financial institutions and other partners. Micromoney is not engaged in lending or borrowing activities. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of information and handling financial transactions.

15. Refund for Chargeback Transactions

In the event of a chargeback transaction, users must contact Micromoney directly to request a refund. Any applicable refund will be processed solely by Micromoney

16. Refund for Fraudulent/Duplicate Transactions

Users should contact Micromoney regarding any issues related to fraudulent or duplicate transactions. Micromoney will address these issues in accordance with its established policies.

17. Applicable Laws

These Terms & Conditions and your use of the Platform are governed by Indian law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
